I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease almost one year ago. I have
been on medication since that time and have lost approximatley 25 pounds.
About one month ago, I began feeling very tired and lethagic all the time. I pulled out my Jane Fonda Tapes, which I've had since the 1990's and began to work out wiht them again.
By the second work out I began to sleep better and my fatigue had decreased. I love your Lean Routine Program. I've done it six days a week for the past two and a half weeks and I really feel
great. Is there a similar dance-aerobic based work out that Jane has done that I would like? Any guidance would be appreciated. Also, I also am in support of these workouts going to DVD. I'm afraid my Lean Routine will break and then I will be in real trouble. I looked at some of Jane's recent pictures and she looks great. Please tell her so if you are able. Thanks for your time.

Dear jane,
I had my last baby in 1982 and i was 35, i time when i should have accepted that i had 3 babies so being flabby didnt matter.
You brought out the first workout, so i bought it and it transformed me..i loved doing the programme. My oldest daughter is now 24, i gave her the vhs of the original tape nad she is enjoying doing your workout.
You should re-vamp the first workout you made, my daughter is strugeling with it even tho she does 'boxout' calenetics..she finds your workout difficult and taxing in comparison to the other tapes.
Bring it out again jane, there are so many tapes on the market, all doing the same thing you advocated in 82..only they have fizzled out, you havent. My daughter is having to lend our tape to other friends..the original tape is hard to find.

I have to tell you that I'm a diehard Jane Fonda Fitness fan.
I've been doing her videos for over 15 years now and I have
to say that it I only see fast and effective results from her videos.
The fitness tapes you get these days are really not very effective
unless you do them 3x in a day.
What I'd like to know is why aren't these videos
available in DVD form as yet? My videos are so worn out,
so overused - even my VHS machine has gone kaput!
I now need to resort to DVDs and I can't find any JF DVDs in teh
market?? WHYYYY????!!!!

PLEASE HELP:
The only workout tape I have EVER been able to get into to and stay commited and actually loose weight, is Jane Fonda's Original workout "82".
I just had a baby October 31, 2002 and I went to work out and my tape got stuck in the VCR.
I have not be able to find this tape anywhere except for ebay and I have had no luck getting it from there.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me. I am extremely desparte for this tape and not to mention very unconfortable with myself and all the weight I gained, over 100 pounds. I have tried MANY other workouts and there is nothing like this one.
