Just steps away from a better healthier body and mind....
Seeing
the whole in the market, Jane released her earlier workouts
in both cassettes & records to accompany the videos. Here
we are going to look at some of the other audio programmes
released for walking & Jogging etc..
The
1986 Walkout was re-released in 1994 due to popularity
The During the 90's, a set of four audio tapes were released.
One, an updated "Jane Fonda's Walkout" This proved
to be as popular as the first walkout. It has been proved
by the wonders of science that the higher the tempo of music
one listens to, the higher the rate of one's BPM (Beats Per
Minute) of the heart will become.
The music, was written and produced to take advantage of this.
Through out the tape, the tempo will make a gradual rise and
gradual fall on side A which lasted for 45 minutes. On side
B, there were two programmes consisting of 15 and 30 minutes
with a higher tempo rise and fall. The three of the four 90's
cassettes were 99% music tapes.
With the occasional voice over from Jane as the tempo of the
music changed, these were perfect for music to host your own
workout you might wish to teach, jogging and many other physical
activities. The titles were: Country Music, Latin 90's jazz
and Rock Music.
