Every
one of us on a permanent diet will
know the daunting feeling of the
prospect that faces us when we decide
to start a diet.
True,
we all promise our selves the diet
will start first thing, Monday morning,
giving us the right to stuff our
selves
silly
with junk food on Sunday evening
as it is defiantly the last time
we will be eating junk food, but
once you crack it, after the first
month or so, the chances are, you
won't be giving up your diet in
a hurry.
Speaking from experience, I know
how hard it can be to stay on a
diet. I lost 75 pounds using Jane's
tapes in 7 - 8 months. I was thrilled
to bits after receiving a letter
from Laura Collins, in PA, USA whom
has lost 55 pounds in 6 months.

I
have always been overweight. It is due to
a slow metabolism and my taste for "bready",
junk and sugary food. I weighed in at 220
pounds. I had no children, pets, close family
and my husband had left me as part of his
new years resolution's. I then worked in
a charity shop, dealing in the second hand
good. My weight was still climbing due to
my depression. My life was awful. My nearest
thing I had to a semi good body was a picture
taken of me when I was younger that had
JUST caught me in a good light and made
me look slim. I was left to close the charity
store one evening when I discovered "Jane
Fonda's Low Impact Workout " I
started it that evening. I continued to
eat as I normally did as I didn't make a
conscious choice to go on a diet. 2 weeks
in to my new exercise regime, I started
to give up junk food as my body just felt
awful from eating it. At the same time I
was drinking more and more water from my
workouts. I started to weigh my self to
find I had lost 5 pounds. I bought "Jane
Fonda's New workout" and "Jane
Fonda's Complete workout" from"Video's,
cassettes and records''

In
May, my weight was in at 200 pounds. Though
still "heavy", I was way more
healthy, and could get through more workouts
each day. Every time some one congratulated
me after noticing my weight loss, I felt
even more pushed to continue. I gave up
my job to concentrate on my healthy life
style (I'm still not sure how I managed
that!) As time went on each day I'd drink
3 bottles of water and do New
workout and Complete
workout. I am now 160 pounds. I still
want to go a bit further, but I but my inner
happiness out weighs my current weight .
I am living proof that you can beat your
metabolism and craving for junk food. If
I can do it, so can you. For real you can!
