"Total Body Sculpting" offers Jane's own results-focused personal fitness program and on-camera motivation which will make the most of your time AND your body! Jane works one-on-one with you to firm, shape and sculpt your body for real results! Total Body Sculpting contains two 25-minute full body workouts that strengthen muscle tissue and encourage weight loss. Each routine is unique and can be used separately or alternated.

"Abs, Buns & Thighs" is designed to strengthen and tone the lower body. Quick and effective, these programs will increase muscle definition and sculpt the abdominal's, hips, thighs and buttocks in a minimum of time. Intervals of fat burning, low impact aerobics and target toning exercises produce fabulous and gorgeous results, that you'll see and feel!
