Any one on a constant diet or permanent health plan will know the troubles maintaining a fit lifestyle whilst travelling. Interruptions to one's aerobic schedule can often be the reason for just giving up, or at lease suspending the workout and health plan until returning home or finishing a vacation. Cassette and CD Audio
For those not lucky enough to be given a room with a video player, the cheapest solution is cassette audio tapes. Jane's most popular workouts have also been released in cassette and CD audio format. Various moves have been modified for the best use of the user's space.

DVD and VCD

If you were fortunate to purchase
Jane's workouts on VCD (Video Compact Disc) when they were sold in North America, the equipment you will need is a laptop or personal DVD / VCD player which can be connected to a television set.

Hotel Room

If you can not move the beds or mini bar to do your workout, you might want to consider doing the floor work of an audio Fonda cassette or CD - alternatively, you could go for a walk using Jane Fonda's Walkout
