Making
a change from the traditional 5 window studio which had served
well since the original workout in 1982, a city slicker style
studio, set on the roof of a building became home to Jane
Fonda's Lean Routine. Not only was this to be a fun and enthusiastic
class, but a energetic ultimate fat burning workout and nutritional
program.
