The Participants
Compared to Jane's other wonderful workouts, their wardrobes are very calm and in keeping with the title of the video!
The participants set the mood in light, pastel colours.

The "Woo!-ing"

In total, there are about 2 "Woo!!'s" and 3 "YEAH!!'s"
Quite a bit less compared to Jane's early 80's workouts! - but they are still enthusiastic
