Out of all 23 workouts, two are wonderful for the training of the body.
We are also listing a wonderful ballet workouts made by another company of instructors.
I found "The New York City Ballet Workout" to be so good, it only makes sense to recommend it.
Jane Fonda's Start-up
This workout is a light workout. Many have used this for recovery after an accident or health problem.
Jane concentrates on stretching, posture and uses various ballet moves.

The focus is on the "sun salutation," a connected series of poses that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, and with repeated practice this offers what Jane calls "an excellent full-body workout." The program is divided into three sections, any one of which can be practised on its own
