Jane has made two great workouts which all help sculpt the body. "Workout with Weights" (later renamed "Toning and Shaping" ) Is the best workout that tackles all parts of the body, with two different level classes.

Jane Fonda's Workout with Weights which was later renamed Jane Fonda's Toning and Shaping
Is an exciting dimension to video fitness training programs and an effective and inexpensive way to bring your own "personal trainer" into the privacy of your home. A two-part program designed to develop strength and balance in your body's major muscle groups. In addition, stretching exercises designed to improve flexibility are included. Class I (45-minutes): Beginner/Intermediate, Class II (40-minutes): Intermediate/Advanced. Toning and Shaping is the result of more than two years of research, including a 16-week pilot study conducted at the St. Francis Hospital Center for Sports and Dance Medicine in San Francisco. Both workouts are led by Jane Fonda and Dan Isaacson, personal trainer for many well-known entertainers. This program requires the use of certain weight resistance equipment, including dumbbells, a flat bench (or substitute), ankle weights. Be sure to read the enclosed booklet and watch Class I in its entirety prior to purchasing your equipment. Jane Fonda Workout programs are still reviewed and approved by a team of medical professionals, including cardiologists, exercise physiologists, and orthopaedic surgeons
