A dynamic step workout to maximize fat burning, and lower
body toning AND a relaxing stretch workout to enhance flexibility.
45-minute step aerobic workout: A high energy, low impact
cardiovascular conditioning and toning routine for all fitness
levels. As you progress through the course of time, you
may start to perform the higher impact exercises, which
not only will improve your health and looks, but will also
increase you metabolism - thus burning more fat.
You most simply can not fault the ultra modern and fun music.
In this workout, it uses specially designed tempos to help
set your pace and keep you moving.
The tempo was produced to warm you up gradually to your
aerobic training range. The beats per minute (B.P.M) progression
is important because exercising with this can maximize fat
burning and healthy cardiovascular conditioning while strengthening
muscles and joints. Towards the end of the workout, the
music tempo slows whilst you cool down safely and effectively.
The Step and Stretch music really helps promote fitness
by letting your mind enjoy the music while your feet keep

4 of Jane's top instructors take the aerobics portion
of the class and take turns to take charge, which keeps it
really fun and the energy high. Low impact moves are given
for those not at an intermediate level, or without step benches. |
Straight
after the class, Jane takes you through a one to one stretch
class, which you'll need after the 45 minute workout. Jane
makes use of the bench step to increase flexibility and improve
posture. This feel-good stretching program helps prevent injuries
and eliminate soreness, while promoting overall relaxation.
