Shaping and Sculpting - and going for the burn!  
You may have learned the long and hard way. Aerobics alone will not give you a sculptured body. It will burn the pounds and maybe give light firming. But if you want any thing ranging from a set of abs to die for, or just a well toned body, good floor work is the key. We've rounded up our top 3 Fonda workouts to help you.

The Original Workout consists of two classes; Beginners and Advanced. The floor work in both classes are alike only differ in time and intensity. Beginners class really preps your body for the intense advanced class.
Beginners Floor Section:
4 Minutes of Ab Work
7 Minutes of Leg Work
2 Minutes of Butt Work

Advanced Floor Section:

8 Minutes of Ab Work
15 Minutes of Leg Work
4 Minutes of Butt Work



The New Workout consists of two classes; Beginners and Advanced. This is a really intense and powerful workout. The first class is perfect for beginners and promises to tone. Advanced users can look forward to further improve, sculpt and enhance their appearance. The music really pushes you to hang in there and go for the burn.

Beginners Floor Section:
2 Minutes of Ab Work
7 Minutes of Leg Work
3 Minutes of Butt Work

Advanced Floor Section:

6 Minutes of Ab Work
11 Minutes of Leg Work
4.30 Minutes of Butt Work



So few ever get to the floor section of Workout Challenge. The aerobics portion is a huge task in its self. On ultra energetic days, use this workout as it breaks your body's normal routine - which prevents hitting a plateau. The floor work can be felt and seen for days after. The results are brilliant though! If you're very fit and healthy, you'll really love the changes your body may take.
