Four
years ago...
I weighed 180 lbs. and wore a size 16.
I was miserable, hated my body and the fact I no longer could
wear a size 12.
I was tired of the way I looked and felt. Like so many others,
I had tried diets to no avail.
I knew something needed to be done. So, I said to myself I had
to make some drastic changes. My mother had two of Jane's workouts:
Start-Up
and Stress
Reduction. I borrowed them and started working out.

After
the first week
I started to notice little differences in my appearance. So
I kept using the two tapes for another couple of months and
then
I found the Complete
Workout at Media Play. I started using it as well. After
a few months of using the three workouts I really started noticing
more and more changes. The muscles in my legs were becoming
more toned and my abs were starting look better. I started feeling
better about myself. I went back to Media Play and bought what
workouts of Jane's I could find there. I also found some at
Wal-Mart. What I couldn't find in the stores I ordered from
a place in Oregon. What I couldn't get from them, I ordered
from amazon.com
and eBay.
I now have all of Jane's workouts and use all of them.
I workout 6 days a week.
I do aerobics 5 days a week, Toning
& Shaping 2 times a week (alternating the 2 classes),
plus I do the Walkout
3 times a week during the day when I'm at work. |

I
do Yoga
on Saturday and no workout on Sunday (I need a rest once a week
at least). I pick one aerobic workout to be my core workout
3 times a week and any aerobics to do with Toning
& Shaping. I change my aerobics every 30 days. This
schedule has helped me burn fat, lose weight and inches. It
has helped me go from a size 16 to a size 12. I have increased
my flexibility, muscle tone and my energy level is through the
roof! I can't believe that four years ago I was fat and miserable.
Never again will I allow myself to get out of shape.

I can't say enough about her wonderful workouts and how they
have helped me go from being overweight and miserable to toned,
energetic and just feeling great all the time. |
