Jane's Workout

I did the Original Jane Fonda Workout back in 1989 for three months.
It was the best shape i have ever been in!!
I weighed 110 pounds and I was just trying to tone up and boy did i!! I lost several inches and went down a size and a half or so in my clothes. I won't say it was easy at first but it got
easier each time i did it.
Anyway what is funny now is that i weigh 190 pounds
and i have started to do the workout again after all these years because i know it works, i have lost 10 inches so far. it has been difficult since my weight is much more than 1989,but i do the best i can and keep going.

I would recommend this workout highly!!
