Beginners:

level for your fitness regime. You'll be surprised what you
can achieve in a short time! Once you are on track with your
fitness plan, the pounds seam to just melt away. And leave you
with a happier feeling of confidence and of course, a better

But like many others, you may feel walking is best for you;

as it is almost impossible, expect a well toned body though.
