How
many years has it been?
The prospect of going to a school reunion
can be daunting. If like the selected few, you have driven yourself
over the past years to strive for high standards to eventually
show off and gloat at what a masterpiece you have become to
your former school friends - and enemies, you'll be
sitting pretty knowing how great you are.
But for the rest of us? Knowing we've not lived up to what we
claimed in the "where are they now?" newsletter -
high paid business executive, wonderful house in the alps and..
slim & gorgeous... oh how embarrassing it will be when they
see us!
Well we probably can't help with the rich living part (unless
you believe inner happiness is richness..) But as for your weight
and figure... we certainly can. |

Probably
one of our highest priorities, your body shines and can help
make an entrance - even if the reunion is held in the old gym
with bad lighting. It's also a factor that can win any argument
about who's done better than who - "Well lease I'm beautiful
and thin!!!" will always win against "My kids are
in college"
So, given you have about 1 - 2 months to lose
weight and tone all over, or at lease make a dent in your figure,
we have several "strategies" to assist.
With pure determination, you can achieve it. And even if you
don't, the inner glow that comes from one after self improvement
is by far valued higher than waistlines or thigh sizes. |

...

If you are at medium to high quality
health level; where you only have 10 pounds or so to lose,
being super fit is a fun and progressive level you can achieve.
After all, 10 pounds is only 35000 calories. Which is about
86 workouts - which works out to be about 2 workouts a day
over two months - combined with a good diet. |

So here's one of the most coolest
workout routine I have found that rapidly sculpts the body and
burns fat. I stumbled upon it one summer, and am thankful I
did.
In the morning, I'd do "Jane
Fonda's Abs, Buns & Thighs Workout" both 25
minute classes (totally to a 50 minute workout). Then in the
afternoon or evening, I'd go for gold and do "Jane
Fonda's Workout Challenge" which is the hardest
aerobics class one can do. Within 2 weeks, I had lost allot
or weight and tightened my whole body without being too bulky.
I've experimented with friends to find that this works for them
also - even those with a slow metabolism.
There are of course, variants of this workout routine which
is still effective and may be more appropriate for your body
and health type. Remember; what may be optimum speed for you,
may and probably will be totally different to another person.
For instance, you may find a low impact routine challenging,
and thus will burn fat. Whilst an Olympic runner will be at
a lose end to break in to a sweat in the same class.
