Jane as a model, in her 20s
So we've got the body covered. But as you may have figured out by now, working out is a waste of time unless you are on the right track and eating a well balanced diet (the exception of the rule being if you workout more than what you eat - maintaining your diet of potatoe chips, cake and cola and working out twice as hard to burn the fat. Trivia: John Travolta admitted to doing this on The Oprah Show recently (he lost allot of weight)
So, we'll start with diet - which translates to skin, which we'll cover later.
...

1. Cut down on meat.
2. Substitute low-fat for high fat foods.
3. Cut down of sugar.
4. Avoid salt and salty foods.
5. Eat fewer processed foods.
6. Emphasize the complex carbohydrates.
7. Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement.
8. Drink plenty of water.
9. Drink little no alcohol an caffeine.
10. Seek lots of variety in food.
11. Go for balance and moderation.

. Complex carbohydrates
These are the main course of a healthy, high energy diet. Of the total calories your consume daily, 60 - 75% should be complex carbohydrates.
. Proteins
Protein should represent 15-20 percent of your total daily calories. This is your diet's essential condiment.
Fats.
These should constitute the smallest portion of a healthy diet - a little oil for the flavor and for essential acid. Fats can provide as little as 10 percent of your daily calories.

Calorie Info:
1 Gram of Protein: 4 Calories
1 Gram of fat: 9 Calories
1 Gram of Complex Carb: 4 Calories

Water:
Water is the primary nutrient - second only to oxygen as a prerequisite for life. The body can withstand the absence of food much longer that it can absence of water!

It's so surprising how many people on diets or at lease think to be on the right road of healthy eating, freely consume highly processed junk foods and soda pops.
What's more shocking is how parents give their children these food and drink products without question. "If it's bad for you, then they wouldn't sell it!" seems to be the attitude.
Well you too would be shocked to know what you and your children are consuming each day. From cola to the soft drink "Sunny D" which though marketed as great for kids due to the vitamin C, you are effectively losing control of your own body unless you read the labels. And don't think because it's fat free you've won - in the absence of fat, other elements are introduced to maintain the taste. Though we can't recommend any particular website, we do recommend going to Google.com and typing in dangerous food additives (Click Here) For more information on understanding additives in foods.

How does this all relate to skin?
Well, allergies to new chemical products made for consumption are not all mapped out. The allergy will usually result in skin trouble - like spots, rashes and not feeling all too well. You may notice this happening when you go full out and eat allot of sugary foods one day - to wake up the next morning covered in spots.

So giving up junk food and highly processed food & drink is the right move for your body. Your skin may clear up in a matter of weeks or even days - depending on what you've been eating and drinking. You can help detox and hurry the junk free process by working out and drinking lots of water to flush it out of your system (body)
Clean Skin:
It goes without saying you should keep your skin clean and healthy. Since every one is different, you may want to go to your local pharmacy, chemist or dermatologist whom can recommend specific products to suit your skin.

Well you have every thing you need to improve your entire body and image. It just takes determination and a healthier way of life - and the school reunion (or any reunion for that matter) usually is the best drive to make one improve. Good Luck!
