 Winter
is now upon most of us. The wind is howling and we awake to

Fonda's Abs, Buns & Thighs is for you.
It contains two 25 minute classes designed to burn fat and
sculpt the lower body. Like most Fonda Fitness programs, the
class is split into two parts - high impact and low / medium
impact. If you are not one to jump around too much, then this
isn't for you - stick to low impact. Quick and effective,
these programs will increase muscle definition and sculpt
abdominals, hips, thighs and buttocks in a minimum amount
