I've
had Jane
Fonda's Abs, Buns & Thighs Personal Trainer

stashed in a box for nearly 10 years. A couple months ago
I stumbled across it,
popped it in... and I am so thrilled with the results!
In
just a few months, 25 minutes a day, I've gone from a very
soft 160lbs to an energetic 115lbs. I've still got some work
to do in the way of toning, but I just cannot believe the
difference.
I know testimonials are a dime a dozen, but I really am most
sincerely grateful to Jane for the help. This video is perfect
for me, short, easy routines that work all the right areas,
using very little floorspace.
I also love the graceful dancelike movements, which are fun
and make me feel beautiful. Thanks Jane.
