Fonda's New Workout in one word; "ELECTRIC"
And I couldn't have put it better myself. From the moment
you pop in the video, you are taken to an energetic, electric
fun filled class with Jane. From August 3rd, to date, I have
lost over 25 pounds with Jane
Fonda's New Workout and continue to see results
every day.
What's so great about this class compared to another brand
of aerobic workout (ie: Kathy Smith, Richard Simmons) well
we have two great aerobic classes (one class after another)
for beginner & advanced, which are both well suited for
each level. After the aerobics class, we have the floor work.
In the floor work part, we work the abs, legs, buns, thighs
and flexibility. I didn't think there was much point to doing
the floor work. But after using giving it and giving the chance,
it all becomes clear why we must do it; the aerobics burns
the fat, whilst the floor work sculpts the body.
As our sculpted body won't show with the fat on top, it's
very important. I haven't gotten those 6 pack abs
you see on tv just yet, but it is tighter, stronger and I
can see my tummy pulled in. I've grown a taste for working
out. I was using Jane
Fonda's Walkout about 5 months before starting
the New
Workout (on the advice of Jane-Fonda.net, to
get used to fitness workouts) now I've moved on to this, soon
to the advanced class then hopefully on to Workout
Challenge to really go for gold.
In all, I recommend this to pretty much any one wanting a
killer body quickly!
