Part One: A 50 minute low-medium impact
workout consisting of segments from Jane's top four favorite
workouts: Stress

Lean Routine. Each class is fun and energetic,
and as always split in to two: On the left side of the room,
the moves are slightly easier than the moves performed on
the right side. The transition between segments shows close
ups of marching feet and the new tempo of the class that
is to follow.
Speaking from personal experience, this can be used to slim
the body or just maintain your weight. It's also perfect
from beginners and those who've been off the exercise wagon

Part Two: For 15 minutes, Jane offers her
personal advice on what to eat, how to select & prepare
your food, how to live a healthier life and how the fat
burning process works.
When you use the fat burning class, and take notice and
use the advice Jane has given about healthy eating, you
will notice a significant change. At the opening of the
workout class, Jane briefly addresses how easy it is to
start burning fat. (It really boils down to eating less
and burning more!)
