If there is anyone like that has attempted the Workout Challenge and found it to be too tough and trenuous to do all at once, you are not alone.

I have been working out with Jane for a little over 4 1/2 years and still find the Challenge to be too much. Well, I found an easier way to do the Workout Challenge by dividing it up into smaller chunks over a period of several days.

This makes it not so strenuous and still gives a good workout as well. These are just general recommendations, you can divide it up however would work best for you.

Here goesThe first day I did the warm-up, aerobics and arm work.

The second day I did the warm-up, aerobics and balance.

The third day I did the warm-up, aerobics, waist work and floor work.
Dividing it up into these smaller sections or chunks is less strenuous and time consuming but still gives a safe and effective workout. So, if you want to do the Workout Challenge but want to take some of the challenge out of it, try dividing it up.
