Welcome to Jane-Fonda.net - you have reached the beginning of
what can be a very fit, enlightened and healthier you. Everything
you need to get or stay on track is here for you; recommendations,
pictures, community, regular articles and personal help. It doesn't
matter what stage you are at, if you have lost all hope, or gained
total triumph, because we have all been there, and of course there
is a way to vastly improve. So where do we start?
|

Full Body Fitness! What ever stage you are at,
don't let be fooled in to thinking that "hey this is where
I've been for a long time, this is the normal, I have reached
my plateau." After doing low impact aerobics, moving on to
medium/high impact with weight and lower body work to tone the
body (but not add bulk) You will have progressed your body to
an entire new level. Not only will you look great, feel amazing,
be healthier, but you'll also have a faster metabolism, meaning
you can afford the odd piece of cake now and again.
And don't think it can't be done, or is at most for the selected,
gifted few. Any one can do it. We know this for fact, it's just
about those first steps. Those steps are: Setting a series of
small, achievable goals and starting from the bottom.
It's imaginative to say 'my goal is to lose 30 pounds' when it
should be 'My goal is to lose 4 pounds, this week, and improve
my endurance during exercise' as you progress, your goals can
be more extravagant as they become more attainable.

Jane Fonda is an Oscar award winning actress, activist and fitness
guru. She made her name in such performances as 'Klute',
'Barbarella' and you may remember
her in
'9 to 5'.
She retired from acting in 1990, but has since come out of retirement
as of 2004, to star with Jennifer Lopez in 'Monster
in Law'.
In 1979, Beverly Hills, Jane started her first workout studio,
and later released a book, which was turned in to a video in 1982.
This started a fitness revolution, helping millions of people
regain control over their bodies and waist line. 20 other Jane
