Ingrediants:

1.5 cups (12 fl oz / 375 ml) Orange Juice
1/4 Cup (2 fl oz / 60 ml) Water
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon rasberry or strawberry all Fruit Preserves
2 Teaspoons grated fresh ginger
4 whole cloves
1 vanilla pod
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 Cups (8 oz . 250 g) strawberries, stemmed and cored
Cinnamon - Yogurt Topping:
1cup (8 oz / 250 g) nonfat plain yogurt
1teaspoon sugar
1teaspoon vanilla extract
1teaspoon ground cinnamon



- Instructions -

1: In a medium saucepan over high heat, combine the orange juice, water, sugar , preserves, ginger, cloves and vanilla pod.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a low and simmer untill the liquid thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove the vanilla pod, slice open and scrape out the seeds, split bean to orange juice mixture

Add the orange sections and strawberries.
Increase the heat to a medium high and return to boil. Reduce the heat to a medium - low and simmer until fruit is tender, about 2 minutes. Remove and discard the cloves and seeds.
Cinnamon - Yogurt topping:
Combine the ingredients and and blend.
