In this section you will find all the information you need to start a step aerobic regime using Jane's great step aerobic programmes.
 
 
Of all 23 workouts, 3 were designed for a step aerobic bench. With both low and high impact programmes, these workouts can also be performed without an aerobic step.

Jane Fonda's Step & Stretch Workout
This is an energetic 45-minute, moderate-intensity step workout. The frequent switching of instructors adds variety and interest, and the different teaching styles keep the workout feeling fresh. The choreography starts out very simple, and as the workout progresses, so do the moves, although the patterns never get terribly complicated. Each pattern is taught clearly, practising the base moves before adding on arms, styling, or intensity.

Jane Fonda's Lower Body Solution
A two part aerobic and floor exercise workout that's fun, flexible and effective for the #1 problem area for many women and men--abs, buns and thighs. 35-minute low impact dance aerobics for fat burning, cardiovascular conditioning and lower body toning. Safe, fun and effective for all fitness levels. This section features use of the aerobic step as an exercise option to add variety and challenge for intermediate and advanced exercisers. 25-minute one-on-one floor exercise segment led by Jane Fonda shapes and tones abs, buns and thighs
