Ingrediants:
1.5 cups (12 fl oz / 375 ml) Orange Juice
1/4 Cup (2 fl oz / 60 ml) Water
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon rasberry or strawberry all Fruit Preserves
2 Teaspoons grated fresh ginger
4 whole cloves
1 vanilla pod
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 Cups (8 oz . 250 g) strawberries, stemmed and cored
Cinnamon - Yogurt Topping:
1cup (8 oz / 250 g) nonfat plain yogurt
1teaspoon sugar
1teaspoon vanilla extract
1teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Instructions -
1: In a medium saucepan over high heat, combine the
orange juice, water, sugar , preserves, ginger, cloves and
vanilla pod.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a low and simmer untill
the liquid thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove the vanilla
pod, slice open and scrape out the seeds, split bean to
orange juice mixture

2: Add the orange sections and strawberries.
Increase the heat to a medium high and return to boil. Reduce
the heat to a medium - low and simmer until fruit is tender,
about 2 minutes. Remove and discard the cloves and seeds.
Cinnamon - Yogurt topping:
Combine the ingredients and and blend.
