Abs,
Buns and Thighs
Like many, you'd expect a 25 minute class
to be without challenge, uninspiring and too short to be effective.
And for the most part you'd be right. That's where Jane Fonda's
Abs, Buns and Thighs Workout comes in to prove the exception
to the rule. The one program has two 25 minute classes each
with different music and moves.
And as for it being short... that's where the amazing part comes
in, you get fabulous results all over the body in just 25 minutes!! |

The Abs, Buns & Thighs contains two complete 25-minute
workouts to strengthen and tone the lower body. Quick and
effective, these programs will increase muscle definition
and sculpt the abdominal's, hips, thighs and buttocks in a
minimum amount of time. Intervals of fat burning, low impact
aerobics and target toning exercises produce fabulous results
that you'll see and feel.
Class One works different places & intensities
from Class Two. Both insure fat burning and
sculpting, without becoming too bulky in muscles - this is
due to the use of the body for resistance training in appose
to weights.

The
class is evenly taught by Kim (from Step
and Stretch Workout), Michelle and Jane.
Every one participates in the class.
Jane takes the lead during the toning exercises and
opening aerobic portion. |

Fun,
upbeat and encouraging. The Abs, Buns & Thigh's music
tracks were written by Alan Hewitt. There is different music
in each class (it won't get boring thanks to this!) It's a
sound mix of hot beat salsa and late 90's beats.

It's so easy to get carried away when doing this class. Even
when beads of sweat are running down your forehead, you feel
some what inspired to go harder and and for the burn (not
recommended for beginners!) And as fun and rewarding it is,
you must remember there's always tomorrow. Both classes are
as hard as you make them, so don't feel you have to live up
to what you can't do - no heroics!
The morning after day one you'll probably feel like you've
partied the whole night through. You may not feel up to doing
Abs, Buns & Thighs. Many choose to do the class again,
only miss the toning parts. |
