Quick,
Simple and Effective! There
are three components to physical fitness: strength (which
we get from weight work and toning exercises) endurance
(cardiovascular workouts) and flexibility. With Jane
Fonda's Low Impact and Stretch workout, you'll get
results-focused endurance training and great flexibility.

The
two part program consists of: 1.
25-minute, upbeat and fun aerobic workout, led by Jane's
top instructors whom command the floor like Cher taking
to her stage in concert. They speak with clear instructions,
insuring you survive the tricky stepped and well coordinated
workout. It is very "dancey". Much like a mix
of Jane Fonda's Low Impact
Workout, and Jane
Fonda's Lean Routine. You'll enjoy this more
than any other low Impact workout if you want to be challenged
mentally; to keep your feet coordination in shape - you'll
gain more than burning fat calories.
2. 20-minute full body stretch is a one-on-one
relaxing routine with Jane that will improve muscle tone,
flexibility and posture. Jane's aim is to improve your
all-over fitness. Not just going for the burn to lose
fat, but keeping your whole system healthy, physically
and mentally.
"One of the nice things about being older is that
you gain perspective. You learn there's a middle way between
the extremes, and that's what to aim for." - Jane |
In the Aerobics section, three of Jane's top instructors
take the lead. A Pregnant Laurel Turell (formerly; Laurel
Sparks) whom you'll remember from Step
& Abdominal Workout, and Complete
Workout. Kim Le May and Michelle King (both
from Abs, Buns &
Thighs)
Fabulous Jane leads the Stretch section. |
Energetic, but not over the top music leads the aerobics
class. Mellow, peaceful music and far out tunes are just
perfect for the stretching class. Music composed by Alan
Hewitt. |
