During the yoga workout, Jane gives examples of simplified and easier movements for the novice user.

It features three segments:

1. 20-minute full body stretch and tone program.

2. 15-minute Yoga Sun Salutation progression.

3. 15-minute relaxation section, which teaches you how to breath properly during meditation and for use in everyday life when stressed.
