Jane Fonda's Stress Reduction Program is a three part class that really has it all for a healthy, happy, glowing body.

The Class
The three part program consists of:

Aerobics Class - Image C/O: Rob Lewine1. 20 minute easy-to-follow low impact aerobic workout burns fat, improves cardiovascular conditioning and strengthens your heart. Though for all levels, you can add 2 pound wrist weights to increase the intensity of your workout. The class goes straight in to a light marching and walking as the user does not need a lengthy warm-up like most traditional classes. Every one is wearing pastel colors - which reflects the upbeat mood & music.
This class is a key component of Jane Fonda's Favorite Fat Burners - a class you may wish to use when your body is in need of a slightly more demanding workout.

Stretching Image C/O: Rob Lewine2. The 20 minute full body stretch out gently takes you through a series of relaxing and effective stretches to help you relieve tension, increase your flexibility and range of motion, prevent injuries and improve your posture. Utilizing a mixture of yoga and traditional stretching, this is a spot-on class to prep you for a full yoga workout. For some of the stretches where you simply can't reach due to lack of flexibility, Jane utilizes a towel (for instance: pulling your foot back towards you)

3. The 15 minute stress reduction section is a thoroughly relaxing program that provides techniques to help you let go of stress and tension. Just lie down whilst Jane softly instructs what do to. You'll be left with a wonderful feeling!

Jane lead all three classes. In part three (the 15 minute stress reduction part) Jane vocally instructs whilst a member of the class demonstrates.

The Music
The music in the aerobic portion of the class (part one) is an upbeat steal-drum-like mixture of Caribbean and fun latin jazz.
The stretch program and stress reduction class both use soothing deep piano music at a slow, peaceful tempo. All composed and produced by Eddie Arkin (also composed for Jane Fonda's Complete Workout)
