workout includes a fast-paced warm-up, intense arm work, a specially
coreographed 20 minute aerobic section, a balance/coordination
segment, then a long and tough waist segment which moves to
the floor at the half-way point.

60 minute dance aerobic section that can be done at either low
or high impact level, or the user can alternate using an interval
training method proven successful by many fitness enthusiasts.
Users can also choose to do a 20, 40, or the entire 60 minute
segment of the program.
