Jane Fonda's New Workout

Both classes begin with an upbeat warm-up then move to a waist section. Arms and aerobics follow, which include a song sung by the original Workout's Leslie Lilien, who also takes over the role of teacher for one song of the aerobics. Floor stretch and abdominals are followed by leg work, then buttocks.
