Jane Fonda's Stress Reduction Program

Jane leads a three part workout class that can be done all at once or in 3 different sections. The first part is a 20 minute aerobic workout that can be done at high or low intensity. Next comes a 20 minute total body stretch out on the floor. And the class ends with a 15 minute stress reduction program.

Jane Fonda's Yoga Workout

The focus is on the "sun salutation," a connected series of poses that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, and with repeated practice this offers what Fonda calls "an excellent full-body workout." The program is divided into three sections, any one of which can be done on its own.
